You should me a used 2025 Malibu at a new vehicle price I say that because the retail buyers order is marked new even though the odometer had 3,141 miles on it 3,141 miles is not a new vehicle mileage they put the price of the at Malibu at $27717 I say that price is the price of a vehicle with only 2 miles on it I definitely agree that GM or the dealer can publish my response

Everyone there was clearly professional and competent. The company has shown a lot of understanding with the slight hiccup I'm having regarding getting a copy of my SS Card to Santander to finish my financing. The only thing I'm not terribly thrilled about is that I made clear early in the process that I needed to get my registration quickly. And the assurances I got that I would get it in a couple of days have been forgotten. I realize that my minor problem with the finance company might have something to do with that. Otherwise, Ganley Chevrolet on Brookpark Rd. gets an A+++.

2 Hours was too long for an oil change especially because I had an appointment and in the past I have leased my car there

While the recent reprogramming hpcm 2 was done within 3 hours, the adapter update, per bulletin #24-NA-200, was never brought to our attention by Ganley, through whom we ordered the Tesla adapter on October 31, 2024. Both GM and the EV Concierge made clear yesterday that it was Ganley who failed to inform us of the service bulletin. The entire incident occurred because of this. When stranded May 9, unable to charge on our way to Chicago, we rented a car to return to Cleveland, then returned to the Toledo area with the rental to have our 2020 Bolt trucked to Cleveland. The car rental and the tow cost $284, not to mention the time and anxiety this incident produced. My wife and I are in our late 70's. I contacted Ganley through your Contact Us page three days ago and have had no response. We look forward to a response and complete reimbursement. Customer #93703.

I had an appointment yet it still took two and a half hours just to get an oil change..

I dropped my car off on Monday thinking I was picking it up later that day. Unfortunately, I did not get it until Friday. I understand how things happen-getting parts etc…. My concern is that I did not receive one call on the update of my vehicle. Everyday, I needed to call on status. Monday—a part was needed will get it on Wednesday. Okay.. late Tuesday I called, just asking if the part came in and will it be ready on Wednesday—yes. So late Wednesday I called, when can I pick up my car? I asked for a manager this time—unable to talk to one. Now the date was changed to Thursday… at around 2:00 I called, my assigned person checked and called me back and said it was done. A friend of mine dropped me off at the dealership ( because the serviced car is my only car). I paid my bill, waited for my car- my service person came back and said “he jumped the gun the car is not finished”. He wanted me to wait in the waiting area because I needed a car ride home—I said “no”—I did not want to be forgotten. Someone gave me a ride home. Friday I finally got a call and my car was done. Someone picked me up and I finally received my car. I never had an experience like this in my life. To keep customers-we need reasonable expectations and to be reached out to when the expectations are not met. Crazy

To be clear, I love the vehicle, hence the more than one-star. Everything negative had to due with the sale and how I was treated. I was made to wait long past my scheduled appointment time, then rushed along due to "needing to get this in by the end of today" because it was month's end. I was also told I'd be an "idiot" for purchasing, and that anyone "with half a brain" should be leasing. Additionally, my offer of $2,000 over trade-in was not honored. All-in-all, I should have just walked away the moment I stepped foot into the building and regret my decision to lease me vehicle.

I was disappointed about the length of time to complete a routine oil change -- I was there over 2 hours.

I dealt with the best salesman in the place, I'm sure of it. Al Reinhard was not your stereotypical "salesman" that hounds you constantly. He kept in touch with me and demonstrated his dedication to his role at Ken Ganley on Brookpark Rd. by spending I don't know how much time, finding me the car, being very specific with what I wanted on it, and made arrangements to get it to me from out of state, in a timely manner. My experience with Al from beginning to end makes him, in my eyes, your top salesman and if he has never received such accolades, he certainly should.

When you find a car dealer that treats you right, you stay with them. I was with Jeep for years, but this year my salesman had moved on. I tried to work with the sales department there but was literally infuriated at lack of honesty. I asked where Howard Walker went (as he was who I always dealt with) and finally someone told me he went to Chevrolet in Brookpark. He had moved to a finance position, but when I contacted him he said he could for sure help me. I totally trusted in Howard, and the experience at Chevrolet was night and day comparatively. Howard pointed me to Ross, who was kind, patient and experienced. One specific thing that impressed me was how just in passing I mentioned that I really didn’t like the push start on the cars. I miss the key. Probably a coincidence, but he surprised me when the car came in and he showed me the key! Just an added touch to a really nice experience at Chevy!

The young salesman was very kind. He walked with me the whole lot. He didn’t try to push me. I shopped around the community in search of tires for my vehicle. I inquired at the dealership and discovered the dealer offered the best pricing option for the tires I wanted. The tires were ordered and installed on my vehicle. Now time for my summer road trip.

My husband works for AutoZone and recently picked up a company truck at Ken Ganley Brookpark. The lease was due on an SUV I had from a dealer in Medina and my husband was very impressed with Andrei Dragomir, so we went in and took a look around for a replacement for my lease. We found a great SUV and turned in my lease and found a 2026 Equinox that I just love. The experience was wonderful. From the test drive to coming back to picking up the car, everyone was so friendly and guided us through the process with ease.

The buying process was pleasant and professional. Ross Powers, my salesperson, was professional, friendly and courteous. He answered all of my questions, guided me through the process of downloading the My Chevrolet app and installing and testing it. We test-drove the vehicle and I found it familiar as I had been driving a 2016 Trax. The loan process was straightforward and I was pleased to know that financing was arranged through my bank.

Our salesman, John Wade, was extremely helpful in navigating us through the entire process of leasing our new 2026 Chevy Equinox. He also was extremely helpful in setting up and reviewing our technology screen. Tim Arbutina was also very helpful in reviewing with us the various options for leasing & financing our car. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. I brought my car in for the first time to get a routine maintenance check on Saturday morning. The waiting area was full so I expected to be there for a good long while but my car was done and ready to go in an hour!

Alex was very helpful with me test driving the vehicle and walking me through the process. Dan was very thorough and did a wonderful job explaining all financial aspects of the lease. Sam did a great job slowly walking me through all of the capabilities of my new car. It was an overall seamless and enjoyable experience.

If I knew when I bought my truck that an oil change and tire rotation would take between 1.75 to 2.5 hours i would have never bought the prepaid maintenance package. That's with an appointment. It takes an hour to just get the truck back into a bay. Many other customers are always complaining about the wait as well. Whoever is in charge of the daily scheduling should be fired. I would never buy another vehicle from here.

Sort of a long wait to get the diagnostic on the problem, 3 hours, but other than that everything was handled professionally and the issue with my 2022 Blazer was taken care of satisfactorily.

If you are looking for a disappointing experience, go somewhere else. The service provided by this team is and always has been excellent, from the greeting to the timely service.

It was my first time there and Ross who was my salesperson was so helpful enjoyed my experience .only complaint was it too long was there for almost 5 hrs other than that everything was great.

I sought to lower my monthly lease payments with an upcoming wedding and even with my hit in credit, I still walked out with a lower payment! Al was great and was a straight shooter with me throughout the whole process and Jack brought everything together financially and made me feel like I was really getting a deal. It was very busy when I brought my car in for a check engine light inspection but Paul did a great job explaining the situation and apologized for the wait times. It took about an hour to get my car looked at but once it was the car was ready in very little time.

OnStar said I Had 26% left before needing an oil change, but serviceman talked me into it. Car only has 5,900 miles. Then, cost was over $100.00 for just an oil change and had to pay a fee for using a credit card. Free car wash was a joke, I think I had more dirt on car after then before wash. Don't know if I will return to this dealership next visit.

The work on my vehicle was done well. The communication was left lacking. I was not notified that my vehicle was completed until I called in to the dealership. Due to this the service center was closed (at 4pm) and was near not having my vehicle in time for work on Monday until the GM stepped in and was able to give me access to retrieve my vehicle.

I’ve purchased many cars in my life and I have to say this is the BEST experience I’ve ever had. From my text asking if the car I was interested in was still available and the immediate response that it was and they would have it ready for me to test drive the next day to the amazing experience my daughter and I had the minute we walked in the door. My salesperson Andrei Dragomir made us immediately comfortable and actually listened to what I was looking for and what my budget was without any of the pressure I felt with all my other car purchases. He was very knowledgeable & attentive without giving off the “salesperson” vibe. From there we met with Dan Flack who went over all our warranty options and again with none of the pressure I’ve felt with my past car buying experiences. He answered all my questions & concerns patiently & knowledgeably without making me feel like I was asking a dumb question!! Lastly we met with Steve Hatch who walked us through every single button & feature on the car from front to back stopping to make sure I didn’t have any questions and made sure I understood how everything worked before moving on. Again he did it with patience, knowledge & made it fun at the same time!!(he’s a retired principal lol). I would recommend Ken Ganley Brookpark to EVERY single person I know, no matter what stage of the buying process they made sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase. I wish I would have discovered them years ago but now that I have I will NEVER go to another dealership again and will do my best to spread the word that it’s worth the trip (I’m an east sider lol) to anyone who will listen. The service department was great on my old truck. Service is really why I decided to upgrade my truck I feel like when I go in there they do everything to warranty work and that’s reassuring. Sales was great a little more back and forth than I like but at the end everyone got what they wanted.

John Wade our salesman could not have been better. He was very patient with us as we knew which model we wanted by were unsure of which color we wanted. John spent a lot of time searching other dealer's inventory for exactly the vehicle we wanted. When we couldn't find one over several weeks we decided to order what we wanted but had to wait for the dealership to receive an allocation for the model we wanted. John kept us informed as to the progress of our vehicle order. On the day of delivery the process was smooth and effortless. Dan who processed our paperwork was extremely friendly and made that process comfortable. Steve that walked us through our vehicle's features and answered all of our questions before we drove off was extremely thorough. I had never purchased a vehicle from Ganley Chevrolet prior but I would highly recommend John Wade as a salesman.

the service was very good and fast for replacing the trunk latch. i just wasn't happy with he 2% charge for my using a credit card. i paid over $700 for the repair as it was and i think that is an just cheap way to treat people.

Tim helped me out when I showed up for my appointment. This was the first time I had been to Ganley Chevrolet for service and I thought he was very welcoming. He also gave me a $5 discount since it was my first visit, which I appreciated. I opted to drop my vehicle off for the oil change and tire rotation. Justin was extremely knowledgable about the Electric Vehicles (EV) that I was interested in and quickly arranged for me to take two vehicles out for a test drive. Had a great test drive of the Equinox EV in the RS trim level and made the decision between two vehicles that were on the lot and available. Justin was very low pressure during negotiations and I was happy with the deal we finally agreed on, even the trade-in. Dan Flack, the Business Manager, was extremely efficient in processing all our paperwork, even though it was an out-of-state title and registration process. We love our new Equinox EV, thanks Ganley Chevrolet of Brook Park, we are glad to be part of the family now.

The service rep did not look at my paperwork. When I said I was there for an oil change for metal shavings he said they were having a special on oil changes. I said no, it is for the recall on the engine (6.2L Chevy). He seemed upset that he had to reprint a piece of paper. When the oil change was over (2 hours later) I asked if they would do another check down the road, because mt truck has only about 5500 miles on it. He said no, it's a one time thing. Not sure if he knew that or just wanted to get rid of me.

The work done there was great. My problem came at the cashier to pay my bill. I was told there was a 2% fee for using a credit card. That info should be told before work was done not at time of payment.

Typically it's excellent. They got me out quick but I told them there is an issue with my car not turning on or off. You hit the button and nothing happens for about 40 to 45 seconds then it errors saying there is no key fob. I told them it's not the battery in the fob and to check for an update. They did not do that. They changed the fob battery and I am still having the same issue. Now I have to schedule another appointment when they could have just fixed the issue while I was there.

Could not get parts for the fix, had to schedule a second visit. Tim ordered parts and scheduled a ride home so I did not have to wait Tim did a great job with communication

I experienced a punctured tire on the highway. Triple AAA came and put the spare tire on my Tahoe. I am thankful for the Triple AAA technician taught me how to release and retrieve the spare. Pete Williams received me the next morning at the dealership and was successful to locate a replacement tire.

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had to wait over 2 hours and at the end the agent came and said, "All finished, ready to go". I paid and was on my way. Once I arrived home, I was looking at the paperwork and noticed at the bottom that I had a nail in my tire, and it was not able to be patched. I was never informed of this during my 2 hours wait. I had to call the dealer and ask why I was not informed of this. Never received a straight answer. So, I had to go back the next day and have a new tire installed that took another 2 hours. I missed 4 hours of work over the 2 days, So, I lost money and the team there could have cared less. Totally disappointed. Will have to rethink if I will ever go back there again!
